  1. Product Introduction:

Freeze storage mobile racking is a composed of Conventional pallet racking installed on mobile bases in a freezed warehouse, allowing opening and closing of the aisles. The mobile pallet racking units are installed over guided bases that slide laterally, eliminating the need for multiple fixed aisles. With mobile racking or shelving, the aisles open up only when the operator requests access.

The motorized mobile bases are electronically-powered and are guided by rails in the floor.

The mobile rack is operated manually or automatically by means of an integrated RF system, The PLC software may be adapted to the client's specific needs or linked to client's WMS. Safety is guaranteed by a photoelectric beam system. mounted on mobile rack upright. Adding P&D locations may further increase the warehouse efficiency, resulting in a higher return on investment.

 2.  Advantages

  • Remote and computer-controlled storage
  • Direct access to any pallet
  • Efficient use of space

The mobile racking units are installed on mobile bases, opening up an aisle provides direct access to the desired pallet. Utilization of available space is based on to two basic premises: increasing the storage capacity and reducing the storage area required.

3. Mobile base components:

The mobile base is assembled on-site and is composed of a number of pre-assembled and single components.
- A number of wheel-trains;
- Beams;
- Horizontal bracings, with fixed length, not adjustable;
- Various small components

3. Floor rail setting up.

There are two types of rails, guided rail and flat rails.

—Mobile rack for products on pallets should be designed specifically for the size, shape and weight of the products being stored. The electrical mobile rack design should be compatible with the pallets and the materials handling equipment in use within the workplace. Aisle width should be matched to the turning circle of the forklift or other materials handling equipment used to put-away, replenish or pick.

—Regular inspection of electrical mobile rack should be conducted both in-house and independent to check its integrity, identify maintenance requirements and to ensure racking is not overloaded. Do not exceed the Safe Working Limit (SWL) for the unit load or the safe working total load per bay for the racking. There should be some means of ensuring that workers using the racking are aware of its SWL; e.g. having one or more signs inconspicuous locations, Also they must ensure that suitable and sufficient training is given in relation to the meaning of safety signs and the measures needed to be taken in consideration.
